Actually, the remaining colours which can be seen under the parget of the hotel and in elements of ornamentation in some of the rooms can be dated as far back as the 18th century and they are thought to contain traces of works created at that time. When it was conversed to a hotel, though I’d rather call it a house because this definition is somehow closer to its essence, the former ornamentation was not set at naught and the salons as well as 10 suites were decorated in the spirit of the 1700s using furniture, fabrics and carpets typical of that time and based on the motif found at this place.
